Bleddyn, Ruth and Simon.
It is one of those types of travelling friendships formed in “wow, you are also going there?”, forged in a Ping Pong show and a night out in Khao San Road, and a promised gathering in Vietnam as we said goodbye in Ayutthaya as they went North to Chiang Mai, and I headed early back to Bangkok and in the same day/night to Koh Phangan.
This little encounters become the reason why traveling solo is no as lonely as people think. And it’s such a good thing, to share ideas, hear new things. Having someone to share details about that exact moment you’re living. Dealing together with a swarm of flying ants that stormed across Ayutthaya and filled our room. Or just sharing a fish in the night Market.
Whatever it is, feels good to have this kind of company from time to time. Makes travelling much richer for sure.
Thank you guys.
